At Perfume Me, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Perfume Me cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
